Hoop Code Power Hour Clinics are 75 minute high-intensity game like speed skill development sessions that address all aspects of the game of basketball (advanced ball handling, specialized attack moves, passing, defense/rebounding, conditioning, shooting, finishing and mental skills training) In doing this, players will be more prepared than ever before by building the confidence and transferring the skills into a game atmosphere.
