We’re excited to share some important updates for the boys' upcoming Winter Season — all based on your feedback from our recent parent survey and coaches’ meetings.

After carefully reviewing all input, we’re officially bringing back our internal league model, now reimagined as The League, while still offering the competitive Club Team option for our most skilled and committed players (Boys, 3rd - 8th Grade).

🏀 Introducing: The League
Our internal league is designed to give players a structured, competitive, and fun basketball experience with updated rules that mirror external club competition:

- Full game rules (pressing & zone defense allowed)
- Regular free throw rules
- Two 20-minute halves (running clock)

Weekly Schedule:
Mondays: Open Gym Scrimmages
Wednesdays: Team Practices & D1 Performance Training
Fridays: The League Games
Sundays: Skills Training

Season Structure:
- One Preseason Game in December
- Regular Season Games begin in January after Winter Break
- Playoffs: Final two weeks of the season
- Full weekly schedule provided in advance
- Players in The League can either maintain their monthly membership or choose a one-time seasonal fee.

🔥 Competitive Club Teams Continue!
We’ll continue to offer Club Teams that compete in external leagues and tournaments.

- Club Team practices: Tuesdays & Thursdays
- External league/tournament games on weekends
- Club players will also play in The League for additional development and in-house competition.

There will be one Club Team per grade level to start, with opportunities to expand based on player availability and growth. Players can also earn Club Team spots mid-season based on development, commitment, and roster openings.

Returning players do not need to attend evals but must register to confirm their return and secure placement.

We’re thrilled to roll out this hybrid model that combines the best of both worlds — the structure and consistency of The League with the challenge and exposure of our Club Teams. This is a major step in continuing our mission to provide a complete basketball development experience for every skill level.
